The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:


Perform functions associated with production including assisting manufacturing by troubleshooting and repairing process equipment, process transfer and training, executing engineering projects and data acquisition and analysis.

Interface between engineers and manufacturing technicians as the technical expert on the equipment.

Operate the equipment and how the equipment works in both theory and execution.

Motivated to dig deep into the equipment to find the root cause of errors and failures and communicate verbally, and in writing, the findings and potential solutions.

Experience in preventive maintenance and have the ability to teach and guide others to perform flawless maintenance.

Able to recommend process improvements to increase quality and output based on your insight. Responsible for recommending changes and updating specifications when needed to ensure quality output, clarity and ease of execution to those specifications.

Responsible for training and certification of manufacturing technicians as well as writing or editing training materials as processes and skill demands change.

Work in a semi-clean environment and may participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.

Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.

High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.

This is a compressed work week position, requiring a 12-hour shift three days per week and a fourth day every other week. We are hiring for night shifts and day shifts depending on need.


The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and possess positive interpersonal skills.

- Possess a strong personal focus on safety for themselves and those around them.


Minimum qualifications:

- Must possess an AA/ AS degree in Manufacturing, Science or Engineering Technology.
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
- 3+ years equipment/process experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

- Bachelor of Science degree in technical field such as the sciences, engineering, or mathematics.
- Work history which demonstrates the ability to work independently with high degree of attention to detail and exhibits the behavioral traits required.
