We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join Intel Sports Group and be a team player in a fast and dynamic environment. This Program Manager is experienced in organizing and coordinating programs across engineering teams. You will provide guidance to teams and project managers that is aligned with Intel Sports Group strategies. You will also oversee the progress of programs utilizing best known PM methods. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing a matrix organization of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. Responsibilities:-Manage complex product engineering programs with cross-functional teams -Drive all aspects of planning and execution phases with program stakeholders and partners-Drive deep dive problem solving analysis at all levels of management -Apply change, risk and resource management as required-Assess program performance against specs and prepare program dashboard/indicatorsPlans/manages technical programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Requirements:- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager driving complex programs in a product Engineering environment HW/SW/Data Analytics.-Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods-Experience working closely with customers in product integration, build, release and software quality gates-Understands data analytics and sensing product applications-Knowledge of performance evaluation, change, and risk management principles-Excellent knowledge of program/project management software MS Project, MS Excel, Formulas, etc. -Outstanding leadership and organizational skills-Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability-PMP certification is a plus-BS in EE or CS
