In this leadership opportunity as part of the portfolio you will be the Marketing & Customer Insights (MCI) Service Owner accountable to have insights run marketing. In this role you will partner with Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) organization and empower our marketing organization with faster, smarter & insightful decisions. In this leadership role you will be working on disruptive leading-edge technology - Big Data platform, Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Computing to drive the transformation in decision making. You will be managing team of rock-star Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Scientists to accelerate our journey to have insights run Marketing. You will be responsible for overall end to end service delivery including: - Developing and evolving the Service strategy, including a Multi-Year Plan and Solutions Roadmap - Stakeholder Management / Business Relationship Manager for the Service - engaging and aligning senior stakeholders on vision, strategy, priorities, solution roadmaps, risks and potential trade-offs - Service Strategic Investment Planning (SIP) and annual Plan / quarterly POR budgeting - Delivering Service Biz Value; define/monitor Service performance metrics w/SLMs - Executing the service roadmap, with flawless deployment & transition change management of new capabilities to a world-wide customer base - Decision Maker for Service priorities/tradeoffs required to deliver service within budget - Lead/manage service team - Ratifying solution architecture in partnership with relevant solution/enterprise architects
- Experience in Big Data Technology (Cloudera/Hadoop, Cognitive Computing platform, BI platforms etc) - Proven experience in building high performing organization - Ability to lead and thrive in fast paced, ambiguous environment - Proven success influencing senior Sales & Marketing stakeholders to define and shape strategy that drives transformative improvements - Track record creating joint KPIs with key customers and delivering measurable/verifiable results per stated, shared business goals - Strategy to Action - demonstrated ability to successfully lead and execute to a strategy /committed roadmap - Proven experience successfully leading and influencing cross-org/global teams Inclusionary leader with strong collaboration skills - Proven experience understanding and optimizing business process - Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization - AGILE development methodologies and PLC Experience - Exposure to Service Management using IT Service Management/ITIL approach - 10+ years leadership /management experience - SMG / IT experience/acumen/network a plus - Strong communicator
