The InfoSec Cert Key Engineering team is looking for a highly enthusiastic and energetic individual to manage the teams for our Code Signing and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Security development and support initiatives. These applications secure code development across Intel and secure infrastructure access through various Intel access points across the company for all Intel employees. Must be great with people, able to encourage, influence, coach, and lead always with integrity, role modeling partnership, effective listening and a positive attitude. The Certificate and Key Manager will be responsible for managing the teams to provide successful delivery of certificate and key management products and services across the enterprise. Responsibilities: Advanced working knowledge in one or more highly specialized fields of information security, with ability to interpret level of risk based on ambiguous data. Leads planning, development and implementation of highly advanced new strategies and concepts. Sets direction for execution and guides the organization through priorities for the enterprise; demonstrates ability to strategically frame risk mitigations and action plans. Demonstrates the value of and develops a business case justifying investment in information security to the enterprise and may consult executive management. Provide information security advice and guidance (e.g., risk analysis, control selection) in the organization and may consult executive management. Must be prepared to address the new and emerging, threats and risks to evolving business strategies that will have an impact to the enterprise Define product, service and systems integration roadmaps to meet enterprise customer requirements. Plans/manages technical programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Validate product strategies and directions through direct customer interface, research and analysis. Closely engage with architecture, engineering and operations to manage the product definition and execute plans.

Qualifications: Experience in the security industry is preferred, but not required. Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree in a business or technical discipline preferred. Minimum 7 - 10 years' experience required. Experience working with Security Operations Centers (SOC), CERT, etc and utilizing Threat Intelligence platforms Application Security knowledge and/or experience strongly desired Solid understanding of business objectives, business risks and the role of InfoSec initiatives and value across the company. Be able to Plan, organize, secure and manage resources for the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Agile Methodologies utilizing Scrum and/or Kanban preferable. ITSM working knowledge Customer Orientation skills Excellent Business Acumen, preferably with the business units PKI and/or code signing knowledge and/or experience strongly desired Product Lifecycle Management knowledge Security Development Lifecycle knowledge preferable SAFE and SeCoE compliance knowledge preferable Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are a must
