The Intel Sports Group is actively seeking a Business Development lead for its Human Performance business. In a continuously evolving space, the Business Development lead will have the opportunity to partner with Sports industry experts to revolutionize the way sports is played and experienced. The successful candidate has demonstrated a solid understanding of athletes, teams, coaches across a myriad of sports. The lead will be able to operate in a leadership role with responsibilities to develop partner relationships and deliver winning proposals. Responsibilities include:Build and establish partners and revenue growth in human performance analytics. Define the long-term growth and partner strategy to achieve growth and profit objectives.Own partner relationships and present compelling proposalsInterface with Intel Finance, Intel Capital as well as the broader Intel Sports Group business team leads.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience: 10 years of experience in a business development role and 5 years of experience in strategic planning Experience in the sports eco-systemExperience working with athletes/teams/coaches to help improve their overall gameAbility to create and shape the conversation in new marketsAbility to create partnerships, negotiate agreements, and manage business development budgetUnderstanding of the sports technology landscapeExcellent oral and communication skills.Entrepreneurial spirit -- self-starter and independentDesire to win and be part of a broader teamPreferred Qualifications BS/BA in Business Administration Willingness to travel

The New Devices Group is charged with developing products and technologies that will enhance and extend Intel’s product portfolio into new areas of computing, including wearable technology. The organization is responsible for rapidly turning brilliant technical and business model innovations into products that shape and lead markets.
