Seeking an exceptional Enterprise Search Product Owner to drive capabilities and features in support of a unified search across the corporation, integrations to broad set of business unit content repositories, enabling metadata Quality and Metrics, and delivering relevant and personalized search experience. The Digital Employee Experiences (DEX) team is focused on enriching the experiences and productivity of our global employee base across the segments of portal experiences, search experiences, digital asset management, and route to market capabilities. In the role you will be a product owner working with internal business groups, Sales and Marketing teams as well as many IT organizations while continuing to broaden your knowledge across the segments under DEX and beyond. As such, you will work with a broad set of stakeholders to define business requirements, map capabilities, recommend solutions to improve the customer experience, reduce internal administration, and learn from the data. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Partner with business and IT teams to map business requirements to business process, system capabilities, and data requirements to provide business value. Understand the impacts downstream/upstream, impacts short term/long term and recommend solutions to stakeholders. Work directly with multi-disciplinary IT and SW teams to transform the high-level business requirements into prioritized and detailed user stories for the IT & SW development teams. Ensure there is backwards trace-ability of agile technical user stories to business requirements. Perform testing as a quality check to ensure business and data quality requirements have been addressed in the solution, for example User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lead the engagement with IT development teams to transform the business.

Bachelor's degree 6-8 years of experience or Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience in a product/program management and/or product owner roles, business analysis implementing software or business process management. Excellent systems & business process analysis, transition change management, gathering and writing requirements/user stories. Relevant experience in the field of 'Search' and 'Search Optimization' preferred.
