As a Software Engineer, you will be working at the cutting edge of semiconductor technology to develop models of FPGA hardware in the flagship Computer-Aided Design software, Quartus II for Intel’s FPGAs. Specifically, this job relates to creating models, simulation engines, and database infrastructures that accurately predict the delays of the FPGAs. This position provides an opportunity an understanding of the underlying physical phenomena that impact these metrics such as cross talk, end-of-life effects, and statistical variation coupled with the ability to address software design challenges such as guaranteeing correctness, minimizing run-time and compressing data structures.
