Job Description: A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialists, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute. A Student employee can do specific work in the area of his future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate/Technical Graduate position as appropriate.The group conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the Intel micro-architecture development, analysis and validation from performance and performance/power efficiency perspectives through interdisciplinary skills combining algorithm development, software programming of the performance simulator, insights in Intel instruction set, compiler and micro-architecture, throughout the earliest stages of micro-architectural path-finding till the performance validation of the RTL and Silicon.

You must be a student currently pursuing a course (currently in the third to sixth semester) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering with strong academic achievements. Additional qualifications include:- Experience in C and C++ programming- Enthusiasm and commitment for an advanced development environment- Knowledge in computer architecture/microarchitecture is an advantage
