Business Development Director

Job Description
The Intel Custom Foundry Business team is looking for talented and ambitious individuals to help build a winning team. Intel Custom Foundry business team is chartered to bring in external customers and partners to design on Intel leading edge process technology. This person will:o Serve as focal point of ownership of our business activity including design wins with the customer. o Serve as the primary and persistent coordinating interface to customers in all aspects and during all phases of our relationship with our customers. o Build customer relationships; Perform customer research and competitive assessment o Help with Customer development which includes sizing, prioritizing and identifying business opportunities and requirements o Participate and support foundry services pricing o Negotiate foundry deal contracts by working closely with other Intel teams such as Finance, Legal, SMG, Intel Capital, Intel Custom Foundry operation teams etc


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:o A BS/MS in EE or equivalent experience is required. o The ideal candidate will have 12- 15 yrs of experience in the foundry industry. o Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, Foundry ecosystem, OSAT industry is required. Preferred Qualifications:An MBA is a plus.Prior experience in financial modeling, business development is a plus. The ideal candidate must demonstrate: o Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and business acumeno Ability to work through ambiguous and unbounded problemso Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Ability to balance between Intel's priorities and the needs of our customers.
